Making Sense of DNA Backlogs 2010: Myths vs. Realities (pdf, 20 pages).
From 2004-2010, the Forensic DNA Backlog Reduction Program assists eligible States and units of local government to reduce forensic DNA sample turnaround time, increase the throughput of public DNA laboratories and reduce DNA forensic casework backlogs.
